56 South Financing ("we," "us," "our") operates a credit application platform at 56southfinancing.com. We process credit applications on behalf of our partner organizations including Furniture Fair, Boomtown, and affiliated creditors.

6. Data Retention
We retain credit application data for 7 years from the date of submission, as required by FCRA and ECOA regulations. After the retention period, data is securely deleted. Documents stored in our system are subject to the same retention schedule.
7. Your Rights Under Federal Law
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA):
- Right to know what is in your consumer report
- Right to dispute inaccurate information
- Right to request a copy of your credit report used in a credit decision
- Right to have obsolete information excluded from your report
